Welcome to That Craft Place

This is a Shop run By Lisa Horton ..   I  run an actual bricks and mortar shop in Eastbourne, East Sussex

We have every Kind of craft for sale ...

If you can't find it i will try by best to source it for you. We stock most leading Brands  and have a huge collection  of rubber stamp's, Saturated Canary, Kraftin Kimmie, My Craft Sentiments, Crafter's companion, Indigo Blue, My Favorite Things, CC Designs to name a few . We also stock a large selection of Die's  Memory Box, Sizzix, Spellbinder's, Cherrylyn, Marianne Dies. We  have new deliveries arriving each day.

For this project i wanted to do something that was Black and White. There has been this set of images from the artist Gibson that i have been wanting to use for a period of time time. While Gibson imagery is mostly Women there is a large selection of Male inspired imagery, this is one of them.

Keeping the theme of the Mid/Late Victorian Period i included a Doily style base for the image to sit on.
Just keeping it simple using paper that had been ripped and then stitched on kept this masculine feel. 3 simple 'Shirt' Buttons were all that was added to give some decorative feature.

As all my project for Cards For Men this has all been done DIGITALLY. By doing this l hope to inspire fellow crafters that you can make anything you can make 'Hands on' so to speak. i'm sure there are some things you cant do or think you can't do, however if you search the world wide web i'm sure there will be a solution to that problem.

If there are any questions you would like to ask me about this project then please send me a message and i will get back to you a.s.a.p.
