This Challenge was just a fun fun thing. I mean as a man why would i not enjoy making a card for a challenge called Boys and Their Toys.hehehe

The images were from Hope Jacare and are just great images that can be used for the Man be that Big or Little in your social circle.

The  card was built around a phrase ‘The Drum Machine’

I cut out the shape of my card using my spellbinders Grande dies as i wanted a shaped card on this challenge.

This card was constructed by simply colouring in the drum kit mostly by using my Silver and Gold pens that we have in our crafting stach ready for those smaller projects and areas. I have to admit that the half beads were there to cover up a blob of something l had on my hand at the time. I didn't want to start all over again so just secured into place some half beads. Problem solved.

The Robot was coloured in by using 2 of the Ice Grey Pro-Markers and the colouring was again done by using the coloured gel pens in the collection.

To make the drum sticks l just secured into place a paper dot from those hole punchers for stationary and then when dry l just coloured in again with a silver promarker.

The happy Birthday text was 2 stamps that i had to stamp into a small area. I should have used my Just Rite stamping system but it was a case oif DOH I FORGOT I HAD THEM’ [does any one else do this forget what they have?]

I cut out a silver base using the Post Mark spellbinder dies and secured into place. The ribbon just anchors and combines the main text. This was done by colouring in some cream ribbon blue with a promarker and then overlaying a simple pre glued ribbon scrap that l had. I feel that if you want to bring everything in a ribbon can do this for you. The wording for the card was edged using peel offs and then like the Robot secured into place using Dimensional’s.

If you want to know anything about this card please contact me and l will try to respond asap.

Happy Crafting
